In order to con­ti­nu­al­ly impro­ve our cus­to­mer ser­vice, we’ve con­duc­ted a cus­to­mer sur­vey through TÜV Rhein­land. The avera­ge gra­de given by cli­ents who were asked to rate Noven­tiz is 1.58 (very good).

TÜV cus­to­mer satis­fac­tion sur­vey

In March 2022, TÜV Rhein­land con­duc­ted a repre­sen­ta­ti­ve sur­vey on cus­to­mer satis­fac­tion with Noven­tiz GmbH.

Noven­tiz is con­sis­t­ent­ly rated as very relia­ble and com­pe­tent by our cli­ents. The fri­end­li­ne­ss and hel­pful­ness of the Noven­tiz staff is also rated very high­ly.

The results in detail

Our cli­ents award­ed our con­sul­ting ser­vices, espe­ci­al­ly when it comes to com­pa­ny-spe­ci­fic requi­re­ments, a “very good”.

Our tech­ni­cal com­pe­tence also scored a “very good”.

The cost savings poten­ti­al achie­ved by Noven­tiz was also rated as “good”.

We recei­ved ano­ther “very good” from our cli­ents for our regis­tra­ti­on sys­tem and cor­re­spon­dence.

The assis­tance in pre­pa­ring all the docu­ments requi­red under the Ger­man Pack­a­ging Actwas also rated “very good”.
